    In our 1:1 Yoga fellowship class, we explore the harmonious integration of physical movement, scripture, and healthy eating. We draw inspiration from scripture, such as 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, which reminds us to honor our bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit. This approach encourages mindful eating habits that align with biblical principles, growing a deeper connection to our faith and well-being.
